What types of hose connectors are available?
We supply simple hose connectors for coupling identical diameters as well as versions with a nut for increased mechanical load capacity. For housing feed-throughs, we offer special POM bulkhead fittings including a brass fastening nut. Our range also includes cross distributors and inline distributor blocks made of aluminium for complex machine control systems.
What shapes of hose connectors are available?
Our portfolio includes straight fittings for linear line runs and elbow fittings for installations in angled installation spaces. We also manufacture T-pieces for branching media flows in different directions. All shapes are available in various nominal sizes for outer diameters from 6 mm to 12 mm.
Which material is best for hose connectors?
For industrial fluid applications, POM offers the ideal combination of hardness, toughness and resistance to chemicals. In many areas, this material replaces heavy metal connectors and prevents corrosion from forming. For the hoses themselves, we recommend PA12, PU or PE depending on the medium and place of use.
What pressure can hose connectors withstand?
Our standard POM components permanently withstand an operating pressure of up to 10 bar. The matching PA12 lines allow loads of up to 44 bar in specific dimensions. We always match the design of the pneumatic hose connectors to your individual system parameters.
