Custom solutions from our own extrusion and injection moulding
A sketch or drawing with dimensions, material and quantity is enough for a first assessment. We check processability, produce samples if required and then go into series production. Options include spiral hoses with a custom number of windings, block length and working length, shaped hoses and tubes for tight installation situations, hoses in special dimensions and special colours made of PA 12, PUR or PE, and plastic fittings in modified designs. On request, we cut to length, print with type designation or logo, pre-mount fittings, assemble complete modules and deliver in neutral packaging directly to your end customer.
